Can I cancel or amend my order?Updated 15 days ago

We understand mistakes can happen, so we always recommend checking all your order details before your order has been placed. 

Once an order has been received, our warehouse team will start working on this right away. We're therefore unable to guarantee that cancellations can be processed.

If we do catch your order in time we may be able to amend delivery addresses and certain personalisation options only - please note we're unable to add or remove items from your order or change the chosen delivery method.
