How do I cancel or amend my order?Updated 23 days ago

During our busy season, orders are processed very quickly. Please check your order confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if the delivery address needs to be updated. Once dispatched, we’re unable to change the address.

Once your order has been received by our warehouse team, we cannot guarantee that any amendments or cancellations can be processed. If we catch it in time, we may be able to update the delivery address or cancel your order for a refund. 

Please note we are unable to add or remove items from your order or combine separate orders. You have 14 days to notify us of any issues with your order.
