How do I cancel or amend my order?Updated 21 days ago

Please check your order confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if the delivery address needs to be updated. Once dispatched, we’re unable to change the address.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend or cancel it. This is because our team begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.  

The only possible change before dispatch is an update to the delivery address. If you need to make this change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that the update can be applied before your order is shipped.

Please note we are unable to add or remove items from your order or combine separate orders. You have 14 days to notify us of any issues with your order.
