We're sorry if you've received a faulty item. If you believe your item is faulty, please send a clear image of the item showing the fault, along with an explanation and proof of purchase, within 28 days of your purchase. Once we confirm the item is faulty, we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost, or we can issue a full refund if preferred.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item to us. If this is necessary, please follow our return instructions. Faulty items will only be accepted if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 12 months.
Please note that items showing damage due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
